Our Floor Walking Service is able to provide individual computer software training and real time problem solving support to staff members at their workstations, resolving issues which are preventing employees from completing their tasks.

With a programme of regular scheduled weekly, monthly or quarterly visits, this service concentrates on solving individual problems experienced at their computers and achieving personal goals, all whilst the employee is going about their usual duties and with minimal disruption to the normal office routine.

We will shortly be able to offer telephone based training and remote access support, making it even an more cost effective option for our clients!
